FULLN CHEMICAL glass color Peacock Green FU-GS411 CI PIGMENT GREEN 26 is a blue green inorganic pigment obtained by mixing, calcination and micropowder treatment of several or more combinations of raw materials such as zinc oxide, cobalt oxide, chrome green and alumina. During calcination at high temperature, zinc oxide (Zn2+), cobalt oxide (Co2+), chrome green (Cr3+) and aluminum oxide (Al3+) react with each other and uniformly diffuse to form a substance with spinel structure.

This series of glass color Peacock Green products is developed for glass surface decoration. Compared with conventional inorganic pigments, its fineness is much smaller with a small particle size distribution range of D100 Less than or equal to 5um. Our glass color Peacock Green products have good dispersibility and excellent covering power, even on dark or colored glass substrates. The high opacity means that a minimal amount of pigments is required to achieve the desired color intensity, they can provide rich color choice for glass decoration.

The glass pigment materials should be used in conjunction with low temperature flux. The temperature range of cryogenic flux is 500 degree ~800 degree . Low temperature solvent can be high boron frit powder or lead frit powder. Low temperature flux fineness less than 1250 mesh. The ratio of glass pigment to low temperature flux is (1-3)/(7-9). Our normal glass colors are pure pigments without the flux. Customers can also adjust it according to their own needs.
